The Topic for this class is going to be Proper Grooming and Tacking. Yes, students are in charge of their own grooming and tacking during lessons. But here they will learn the importance of each brush and why we do things in the order that we do them. As far as proper tacking we will be going through all of the proper ways to tack a horse in each of the riding styles. We will also talk about why we tack them up this way and what purpose it serves the horse and rider for the horse to be groomed and tacked in the proper way.

This is our first of many supplemental classes we are going to be holding this year. This is a new class that we will be holding this year, and it is to give a deeper understanding of what everyone is learning when they are at lessons. Each class will have a different topic, and it could be something the student has seen or experienced or it may not be something that the student has ever seen or experienced. The topic for this Class is going to be good ways to handle your horse while on the ground. This could be something as simple as walking your horse from the stall to the arena or from the pasture inside. Anything that has to do with the students working around the horse on the ground.

Ladies Night if for the ladies that want a fun night away from the kiddos. We provide some snacks and nonalcoholic beverages, but if you would like to bring alcoholic beverages feel free to bring your own as well as any snack you think others may enjoy. We have a fun night hanging out and riding horses and eating snacks and spending time away for a full night of fun.
